Beta service

Val-U is in public beta. Features may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn without notice, and we provide the service as it is.

Not advice

Val-U provides general information and indicative analysis. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a valuation of your business. The value check gives a readiness score based on common value drivers. It does not predict a sale price. Take advice from a suitably qualified professional before making any decision.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy it in bulk. Please do not enter personal data about other people or confidential third-party information.

Intellectual property

The Val-U name, logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use the site for your own business purposes but may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using the site, or for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer entitled to rely on the law where you live.
